Return Policy
Our products have undergone a series of quality checking, we believe you will like our products but occasionally situation happens. If you would like to return our product, the product must be:
- Bought from The Essential official site
AND
- We only provide return if you found damage upon receival. Please notice our customer service team within 7 calendar days. Otherwise, the product may not be able to arrange a return.
How to return our product?
Please inform our customer service team and we will reply as soon as possible (except non-working hours and holidays).
Please return our product with:
- Original packaging
- All original accessories
- Original invoice
Failure of returning or providing any of the above may lead to longer process time or we may not be able to offer an exchange.
Please note the following:
- Return posting cost will be borne by customer.
- Products can be returned only in the country/region in which they were originally purchased.
